Temecula: Single vehicle crash launches Cadillac and kills one teen, injures another
Temecula, California - On 02/22/09 at 0201am, Temecula Police responded to the area of N. General Kearney and Nicolas Rd. in reference to a reported traffic collision. On arrival officers located a vehicle in the Winchester Creek river bed which runs parallel to Nicolas Road.
The vehicle, a 2005 Cadillac CTS appears to have been traveling south bound N. General Kearney at a high rate of speed. The vehicle struck the bridge abutment and vaulted into the river bed. Two occupants were located near and in the vehicle. One occupant, the driver - Spencer Davis Bolt, 18 of Temecula, died of injuries at the scene.
The second occupant, Lindsay Lockrey, 19 years of Temecula, was transported to Inland Valley Regional Medical Center for treatment where she was listed in stable condition. The Temecula Police Traffic reconstruction team responded to the scene and assumed the investigation.

His Name was Spencer David Bolt and to this day almost eight months later we are still unable to get a copy of police report. How can somebody who was supposedly driving the car end up in the back seat and the supposed passenger who was ejected from the car be ejected out drivers side of windshield? The truth will prevail.

Hadn’t seen him since we were kids, and am finding out pretty late, but the news of this made me cry. Spencer was such a great person. RIP
